Import Fees and Tax
We deliver worldwide on a DDU basis from Hong Kong (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Depending on the country, you may be subject to import fees and taxes that are due on delivery.
Returns and Refund
We accept returns of products ordered on infinitypillow.co within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. Returned products must be in the original unused condition and in its original undamaged packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5 days once the returned items are received. Refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please note that personalised products, import fees, taxes and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

It usually takes 1 to 3 days to process your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel.

By placing an order your are subject to the following terms of sales. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error we will inform you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Orders will be dispatched only after receiving the full payment. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and we will not be responsible for any delay caused by postal and courrier services. We retain the right to refuse or cancel any orders made by you. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card.
The recipient should examine the parcel upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please reject the package to the courrier. Only one promotion code can be used per order. A promotion code cannot be used after an order has been placed.
Please note that orders with clearance items are final.

You may not use any of the content and trademark in any manner without our consent.
We collect Personal Information such as your name, username, phone number, credit card and other billing information, email address, shipping address in order to process your order. We may use your email address for sending you our newsletters. If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, please contact us at email@example.com We do not share your Information to third party outside of the scope of processing your order and sending newsletters.
